This is a beadwoven glass bead necklace with a toggle clasp.  It is comprised of teal and gold seed beads in a woven linked pattern.  The clasp is a gold plated toggle clasp, and the bracelet is strung on Fireline thread.  

19.5" including clasp - beaded section is 19"  width=1 cm
